How We Started

Born from a Gap in the Market

In January 2016, our founder Sandra Okafor noticed something troubling: companies were struggling to find reliable customer service talent, while skilled CS professionals were being overlooked by generalist recruiters who didn't understand the nuances of the role.

DWE GA GP was created to bridge that gap — a specialized agency that speaks the language of customer service, understands what great CS talent looks like, and knows how to match it with employers who genuinely need it.

Today, with over 10 years of experience, 500+ successful placements, and 200+ employer partners across Canada, we remain as focused on that original mission as we were on day one.
